A three stars hotel with four stars qualified facilities,
Quest Lagoon Seminyak Hotel is built on 8000m2 freehold lands. It grants
full strata title ownership of the property to buyers which can be sold
to a third party at any given time (subject to administration fee).
Additionally, within three years after its grand opening in July 2014, we are expecting to acquire a 24% return of investment which will be given to owners 8% annually as guaranteed income.
Each owner will receive 30 point of privilege stays annually where Quest Lagoon Hotel will ensure sufficient suites are able to be booked and will be operated according to hospitality industry standard. Under normal booking condition, privilege stays can also accommodate occupancy by families or friends free-of-charge.
The construction for Quest Lagoon Hotel will commence in July 2012 and scheduled for completion in December 2013.

stay annually, 1 point counts for 1 normal day ( regular days and
weekends), High Season (long weekend, school holidays, national
holidays, 1 day = 2 points, whereas Peak Season (Idul Fitri, Christmas
and New Year) 1 day = 3 points. The Points usage requires advances
confirmation with the hotel management and it is highly recommend to
book three months before date of arrival. Privilege points are valid for
one year and non-transferable to the following years.
